Why am I unable to complete my order in Photo Central?

There may be a problem with an old uploader or insufficient space.

You should do the following:

Select "Internet Options..." from the Internet Explorer "Tools" menu.

Select the "General" tab in the Internet Options dialog box.

Click on the "Delete Cookies..." button.

Click on the "Delete File..." button.

Close the Internet Options dialog box and resubmit the order.
