To select a single file to view in full screen, double click on the file thumbnail in the gallery screen. When viewing the file in full screen, you then have the options to:
- View the file's metadata summary
- View past versions of the file
-
Download the file
- Update the file's tags and view more detailed tag data
- Close the full screen view of the file
To select one file, click the file once. A red outline will appear around the file, indicating that it has been selected.
Once the file is selected, you will have various options along the bottom of the screen:
- Deselect All
- Tags
- Versions
- Play/View (if the selected asset is a video, audio, or document file)
- Delete
- Order (will not populate if the selected asset is a video/audio/document)
- Download
- Favorite
To select multiple files in a row, hold the Shift key and click on the desired files.
To select multiple files in any order, hold the Ctrl key and click on the desired files.
When two or more files are selected, the options along the bottom of the screen are the same as with a single file, with the exception of one. When two files are selected, instead of the “Versions” option, you will see an option to “Compare.” When three or more files are selected, the “Versions” option simply disappears.
