Download

When downloading files that you have uploaded to your gallery, you can download them one at a time, or you can download multiple at once.

To download a single file, select the file, then click the blue “Download” Button in the lower right corner of the window.

This will bring up a pop up window titled "Download files"

Select what size you want the file to be (Small, Medium, or Original), then click the check box next to “Download for editing” if you wish to edit and reupload the file. Keep in mind that, if you download for editing, the filename must remain the same when the file is reuploaded. 

Once your choices are made, click the blue "OK" button. This will download the file directly to your device. You may need to disable any popup blockers to allow the file to download.

To download multiple files, select the files you wish to download, then click the same blue “Download” Button in the lower right corner of the window. 

This will bring up the same “Download file” pop up window, that requests the same information as with a single file download, with an additional request for an email address to deliver the download link to. The email associated with your account will auto populate in the email field, but you can replace it with your desired email address.

Once your choices are made, click the blue “OK” button. This will bring up another popup window titled “Download job processing…,” informing you that you will receive an email with the download link shortly.
