There are two ways to share access to the album you have uploaded to your Picsha gallery. The first is via the album folder, and the second is via the manage my albums page.
1. Via album folder
First, to access the album folder, go to the “My Albums” dropdown menu located in the gallery menu across the top of the gallery and select the album you wish to share.
This will open up the album. Along the bottom of the screen, you will see the options to “Select All,” “Edit Album,” and “Share Album.”
Click the “Share Album” button to see the share options.
This will open the “Share Album” window.
You have the option to give other users permission to “View,” “Add,” “Delete,” “Edit,” “Order,” and/or “Download” the album that you are sharing.
You can select the group(s) or user(s) you wish to share with from the drop down menu next to each permission option.
If you add permissions to “Add,” “Delete,” “Edit,” “Order,” and “Download” for a group or user, you will be prompted to also give “View” permission to that same group or user.
When the checkbox next to “Notify User or Group” at the bottom of the window is checked, the user(s) or group(s) that have been given permissions will be notified via email.
To confirm the added permissions, press the blue “OK” button to the bottom right of the widow. To cancel, press the teal “Cancel” button on the bottom left of the window.
2. Via manage my albums
To share albums via the “Manage My Albums” page, go to the same “My Albums” dropdown menu. Then, select “Manage My Albums” from the menu.
This will bring up the following window.
To access the sharing options from this screen, click the blue arrow icon located underneath the “Actions” category, next to the album that you wish to share.
This will open the same “Share Album” window as discussed above, with the same options.
