The Details card of the Picsha Lab site is located in the center of the page. It displays the details of the order that has been selected within the Show Orders card.
This card displays more information about the order, including the status (options may vary based on the administrator’s preferences, but may include choices in the drop down such as “submitted,” “complete,” “ready for pickup,” and “canceled,” among others), the email address(es) of the user who submitted the order, the date the order was submitted, the billing address of the user who placed the order, any special instructions for the order, and the subtotal and total cost of the order.
This information can be edited by un-checking the “Lock Details” box at the top of the screen. Once this box is unchecked, any of the fields may be edited. Once you have made your desired changes, click the blue “Update” button located to the right of the “Lock Details” box or at the bottom right of the card.
You may also view the invoice for the order by clicking the blue “View Invoice” button at the top right of the card. This will open the invoice in a popup window, from which you may either print the invoice, or close the window to return to the Lab screen.
