Step #1
A. Create a shared folder, on either on the Konica or RasterPlus PC.
B. Name it something identifiable, for example RemotePrint.
C. This folder must have full permissions (Read, Write, Delete)
Step #2 - On the R Series printer
A. Go to "Define External PC"
B. Click on Setup button located in the lower left of the window.
C. Choose Set Parameters - Item #16
D. Click on Set External PC - Item #168 This will display a list in the left index.
E. Click on next available index #
F. Click "Add" located at the bottom of the window
G. Click Browse to navigate to the shared folder that was created in step 1.
Step #3 - In RasterPlus
A. Go to the Default Queue Properties for the Konica R Series device. Select Edit ...Default Queue Properties. This will display a dialog box.
B. Click on the Advanced Device tab
C. In the Data Folder enter the name of the folder created in step #1. CLikc on the button to the left of this field and Browse to the created folder. Click on the folder name. Click OK.
D. Click OK on the Default Queue Properties dialog box.
The Konica R Series device should now bring the jobs in properly.
