The problem generally happens when the PC running Photogize Lab powers down while the files associated with the accounts are being updated.
The account information can be retrieved by doing the following:
1) Select Restore Account Information from the Tools Menu.
) Select the most recent Date for the list displayed in the Restore Account Information dialog box.
3) Click OK.
4 ) If the Account Information is not restore repeat steps 1 - 3 selecting the next most recent date.
NOTE:
A) Photogizge Lab will automatically attempt to reharvest all online orders submitted after the date of the restored account
B) All Kiosk orders submitted after the date of the restored account will have to be resubmitted using Order Report on the Kiosk Configuration menu
