Why does the Agfa dLab hang up while printing?

There are files in the Print Pane of the Agfa d-lab queue but they seem to be hung there. The information bar above the Hold Pane shows the following statement, "Transmitting to PDM"

This concerns the Agfa d-lab2, d-lab3 and MSCd

The problem could be a left over file in the Agfa folder. To check this open Windows Explorer and browse to the following location.

C:\Program Files\Graphx\RasterPlus\Agfa\DB45\Data. If there are any files in this folder delete them. Normally files in this folder will be automatically deleted but if something out of the ordinary happens during the process the file could be left behind. Deleting files in this folder should allow the printing to continue.
