You always have the option to delete harvested Orders from WebServices. Just select the Order, delete it, and say "Yes" to the "Delete from WebServices?" prompt.
However, you may want to delete an Order that has not yet been harvested. For example, a customer may make you aware of an especially large Order that he does not now wish you to print. Or you may re-install Lab on another PC and be faced with downloading all Orders that are less than 30 days old. You may actually just want to download TODAY'S Orders.
Here's the easy way to delete Orders from WebServices. Right-click the Account and select "Properties". Click the Orders tab. Check "Only download Order data - don't get photos". Click OK.
Now when you harvest, you will get only the Order information - no photos will be downloaded. You will be able to get all your orders in just a minute or so. Now you can selectively delete the ones you want to remove from WebServices. Again, just select the Order, delete it, and say "Yes" to the "Delete from WebServices?" When you do this, the Order and associated photos will be deleted from WebServices.
When you are finished deleting Orders, go back to Account Properties and UNCHECK "Only download Order data - don't get photos"
