Why does my Agfa MSCd only print 9 images at a time?

If I send 100 images, 100 show up on MSCd but printing stops and MSCd job disappears after printing only 9 of the images. If multiple copies of the same image are sent it will print more, viz. if 100 images sent, 2 copies each, just 1st 9 will print (2x).

Solution:The most likely cause of this problem is that the AGFA d-workflow is generating an image id name of greater than 8.3 characters. This number is generated based on the order number. RasterPlus retrieves this information but has no control over the name.

Agfa tech support provides only two possible solutions:

1. Reinstall the d-workflow on the MSC. This will reset the order id value.

2. Purchase a Client Software License which has a Reset button. This option may no longer be available
