When updating RasterPlus you receive the error message, "Error Extracting files" and you have to cancel the installation. The problem is likely a locked file that needs to be deleted.
Open Windows Explorer. Browse to C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information and Delete -
{C5F093CE-3C70-11D4-83B4-00C04F6B9DE0}
Now you should be able to install the program.
