Uploading Photos Failure

The are two major reasons you cannot upload photos via the Photogize upload page.

1. You did not install the Soft Artisans XFile program.

This program must be installed to upload files. You must click Yes when prompted with the Security Warning for the upload control installation. If you don't, the web page will not have the Add Files Button. Click the Refresh Button on your Web Browser then select Yes when asked to install the SoftArtisans XFile program. Then you will see the following screen with the Add and Remove Files buttons.

2. A Pop-Up blocker program is running. If one is, disable the Pop-Up Blocking function then refresh the browser. You may have to close the browser then re-open. If you do not see the SoftArtisans window after clicking Refresh please follow the steps below.

a) From within your Internet Explorer Right Click on TOOLS. Select Internet Options

b) You will now see the following screen. Click the General Tab and in the middle under Temporary Internet Files click SETTINGS.

c) A new window opens. Click VIEW OBJECTS

d) You should now see the following window. Right click the file SAXFile FileUpload ActiveX Control and select REMOVE. Once it's removed, click OK all the way back then close your Internet Browser. Open it again and go to the picture download page. You should now see the SoftArtisans Window. Click YES.

Now you should be able to upload files.
